It was a really wonderful session of Reiki that I experienced with Jasmine. It was a crowded location and I was really exhausted physically and mentally feeling cluttered after a very busy day out. Jasmine was really approachable, friendly, calm and provided a wonderful experience with using a good headset that played calming music so that I was able to relax more into the experience and tune out the chatter of the surroundings. Time passed by so quickly and I felt at the end of the session calmer, more rested, like my mind and body had gone into a really good deep rest for that half an hour. Definitely would go for it again. Thank you Jasmine!
